The Sound of Hope

Part of the projects aim is to increase awareness about humpback dolphins. In 2019, HomeBrew Films approached us to produce a film on humpback dolphins in South Africa. And so through this collaboration we produced The Sound of Hope - a film highlighting the threats to humpback dolphins in South Africa and our current efforts to conserve them.

We premiered the film in March 2021. It was in the midst of the global pandemic so we hosted a live stream event with a live Q&A after with prominent Researchers and Conservationists involved in the study of humpback dolphins in South Africa. The film was also featured at the African Youth Summit in November 2021.
